fantastic hotel experience
good qualityfriendly staffair conditioning
breakfast offered many choices with good quality items. the staff responded well to compliments and were friendly. there was diverse entertainment that provided enjoyable options for all guests. this ensured everyone had something fun to do .
the air conditioning did not work well in the room during the summer heat. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night.

the shower was fabulous it had great pressure. i found the food choice very good. the cleanliness of the room met my expectations.
the rooms are quite small this was a bit of a squeeze. i had to pay extra for tea and coffee it would be better if this was included. i also had to pay to use the safe this felt unnecessary.

The breakfast buffet had many choices. Dinner also featured a wide variety of options. The hotel staff were helpful and polite. The location was convenient , close to many attractions.
The rooms were quite small. I had to pay extra for tea and coffee in the room , which was unexpected. I also had to pay extra to use the safe.

The rooms was clean and the staff seemed ok.
I was not happy. The noise outside at night were terrible and kept me awake. There are many bars nearby so it was hard to sleep.
